Corrective action: Destruction of the product at the border.
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as it can be operated with only one action, and it has no trigger guard. If the product was being carried in a tool bag it is likely, as the trigger is unguarded, it could be activated. This presents a hazard of cutting either the person carrying the bag or someone in proximity. The product also poses an electric shock hazard as the product features poor quality soldering and the transformer was of a poor build quality and did not meet the requirements for creepage and clearance.
The product also requires improvement to documentation and markings. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
The product was destroyed at the border.
